• We perform an initial Precision Tune-Up (PTU) when you sign up for an ESA and two PTUs each year for as long as you remain a member. We will schedule your PTUs roughly six months apart from each other.
• Each PTU includes all labor and cleaning products. We clean and inspect humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, and your HVAC system to make sure all parts are working as intended. We do charge for filters and any replacement parts your system may require.
• We’ll remind you when you are due for a PTU to help you stay on schedule with HVAC maintenance.
• As a member of our ESA HVAC maintenance plan, you'll receive a 15% discount on all repairs we perform on your behalf.
• Customers who participate in the Energy Savings Agreement are also charged no additional fees for weekend or after-hours calls by our service technicians.
