Thank you, Eric We have used College Place Heating & Cooling for over 20 years and have found them to be an extremely consistent “user-friendly” company. It’s remarkable that over the years every technician that has serviced our heat/cool unit has been well-trained and professional. When our furnace had to be replaced several years ago, the owner of the company personally took time to discuss all options so we could replace our unit with no stress. Outstanding team!!! The recent visit of Eric from College Place Heating & Air Conditioning to service my heating and cooling equipment went very well. I appreciated him telling me that the filter, on my furnace, did not need replacing as that saved me some money. I have an old system, like 50 plus years old, and one morning the exterior evaporator unit fan went nuts! It was so loud, due to a failed bearing, that hearing protection was needed! So, I called College Place HVAC to fix it since they've done a good job on this system in the past. Eric came out and troubleshot it. It needed a new fan motor. It took a couple of days to get the parts, it is an old system, but he fixed it promptly when they came in. Also, he did a quick check of the system and says it is in excellent condition...after 50 plus years! Great work, fast response, good job! Highly recommended. Read Less

Isaac and Dominic, with some help from Nick on the first day, did an excellent job installing a complete new HVAC system. Not only did they do a great job, they respected my property. My new old house is pretty run down right now, but these guys treated it like it was a mansion. Everyone I dealt with at College Place Heating and Air was professional, capable and respectful.
