College Place Heating-Cooling came highly recommended. My furnace is old (age unknown) I am not impressed with new (costly) equipment. My furnace went out over the Christmas holiday-- two weeks after I had it serviced! For a second opinion I called CPHC, they came right over (no extra fee) ordered my costly part and installed it ASAP (no long wait). The thing is, Shane, Danny and Lance were in full communication about my furnace, didn't encourage me to replace it, and clearly enjoyed working on older models and if it broke they would fix it.
